The platform is mainly divided into seven core departments: Comprehensive Management Department, Campus Local Connection Department, Campus Enterprise Connection Department, Talent Department, Marketing Department, Project Department, and Information Technology Department. The responsibilities of each department are as follows:

　　Comprehensive Management Department: mainly responsible for the overall management of the platform, the integration and decomposition of projects and talent resources, activity arrangements and project negotiations.

　　Campus Local Coordination Department: mainly responsible for the communication of information resources between universities and the government, as well as the collection and interpretation of government policies, the arrangement of campus local activities and meetings, and the communication with the Information Technology Department, Campus Enterprise Coordination Department, and Project Department.

　　School Enterprise Connection Department: mainly responsible for the connection between universities and enterprises, the exploration of enterprise technology needs, the organization of school enterprise salon activities and meetings, the organization of an open project implementation and evaluation expert team, and the communication with the Information Technology Department, School Local Connection Department, and the Project Department.

　　Talent Department: Mainly responsible for the demand of enterprises for domestic and foreign talents, exploring human resources, matching suitable domestic and foreign talents for enterprises, assisting in the application of relevant talent projects, utilizing talent resources to carry out training for enterprises or public institutions, and communicating with the school enterprise coordination department and school local coordination department.

　　Marketing Department: mainly responsible for the introduction of enterprise scenarios and commercial resources, the industrialization and promotion of scientific research achievements, assisting in the recruitment of commercial resources, and communicating with the school enterprise coordination department and the school local coordination department.

　　Project Department: Mainly responsible for the management of school enterprise industry university research projects, open research topics, enterprise project and patent writing and guidance, and communicating with the school enterprise coordination department and school local coordination department.

　　Information Technology Department: mainly responsible for the construction and maintenance of information platforms for government, school, and enterprise needs, policies, Q&A, meetings, and other related matters, and communicating with all departments.
