  The essence and improvement of product performance in the mechanical manufacturing industry, electronic information industry, new energy industry, and other industries cannot be separated from the "eyes" in material science - microscopic characterization instruments. If products can be characterized from the macro micro nano scale for the relationship between microstructure and material performance, it is essential to improve product performance.   This group class invited Professor Zhang Yuefei, a research and development expert in in-situ scanning electron microscopy with independent intellectual property technology and founder of Qiyue Technology, as well as Senior Engineer Jin Chuanwei, who has years of practical experience in product performance microstructure analysis at Shagang Group. Professor Zhang has been engaged in the development of in-situ electron microscopy related methods and instruments for a long time, and is committed to the study of in-situ high-temperature micro mechanical performance characterization methods. At the meeting, he gave a keynote speech to enterprise representatives on "Integrated Characterization of Nanoresolution Visualization Material Structure and Performance". Professor Jin Chuanwei has been engaged in the research of microstructure characterization and analysis methods for steel materials for a long time. At the meeting, he gave a keynote speech to enterprise representatives on the application of FIB/SEM dual beam electron microscopy in steel material research.

  In the communication and interaction section, representatives of the enterprise and experts had face-to-face communication. The two experts respectively analyzed and explained in detail the relationship between material characterization and performance of the products that may exist in the production process of the enterprise, providing answers and clarification for the representatives of the enterprise. At the same time, participating experts had in-depth exchanges with the Economic and Technological Development Bureau of Lvdu District regarding the co construction of science and technology innovation policies and platforms.
